印度神話裡，天王席瓦與女神帕維蒂有兩個兒子，分別是加納許與馬魯哈。
他們老是在相互爭寵父母的寵愛；最後他們這對天神夫婦受不了，給了他們一道試題：「現在誰能夠環遊世界一圈最快回來，誰就是他們最疼的兒子。」
擁有強健體魄的大兒子加納許，身型一縷煙就飛快的奔出去了，而體型福態又不善運動的馬魯哈當然知道跑不過…
正當兩天神夫妻心理已有數誰會贏得這寵爭寵時，突見馬魯哈繞著他們跑了一圈，然後站在他們面前說：「爸爸媽媽我繞一圈回來了。因為你們就是我的全世界，而我已經繞完了！」
天神席瓦微笑著摸著他頭：「是的！兒子你贏得我們全部的寵愛。」
這個故事告訴我們一個職場的大道理：“再怎麼專業又厲害的人，還不如一個嘴巴很甜的人來的吃香~~~"！
